1. All international parcels shipped by vkoop must undergo customs declaration and clearance in the destination country. The items inside the parcel must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country's customs. Delivery time depends on flight schedules and the efficiency of customs clearance in the destination country. Under normal circumstances, delivery to the customer's address will generally take approximately 7-15 business days after shipment.
2. After your order is processed and shipped, you can log in to vkoop and find the corresponding tracking number in the Member Center - My Orders section. You can track your parcel's location using logistics tracking software (such as 17TRACK) or search software (Baidu is recommended for China).
3. After an international parcel arrives in China, there may be a few days when the information is not updated or the tracking number shows it has been sent to China. This is normal, as Chinese customs does not scan and upload relevant information until the parcel is received, cleared, and released. If the status is still not updated after more than a week, please call China Post EMS at 11183, provide the tracking number, and follow the instructions.
4. For customers with delivery addresses in mainland China, according to China Customs Announcement No. 176 of 2024, international parcels valued at RMB 2,000 or less can be declared and cleared through customs, but must still meet the principle of "personal use." However, there are no explicit regulations regarding "personal use," which are determined by customs. For customers purchasing large quantities at once, vkoop may ship according to the order packaging. However, for the sake of customers, based on experience, vkoop recommends that customers keep their order amount below RMB 1,000. Unless there are special needs, it is recommended to purchase from the Free Shipping Zone section at https://www.vkoop.com/shop/FreeShippingProduct.aspx. Each order should only purchase one set of free shipping items. This is a selection based on vkoop's years of experience, and we will continue to add more free shipping items and sets. Please stay tuned.
5. Please be sure to include a frequently used and reachable contact phone number on your order. This is very important, as it helps vkoop customer service, China Post, and customs to contact you via SMS or voice message if needed. This also includes the courier's potential contact after customs clearance to confirm the accurate delivery address. To ensure accurate delivery, it is recommended that customers fill in their name + phone number in the name field when filling in the order's shipping address information (e.g., zhangsan 008613912345678).
6. After receiving your order, vkoop will prepare and pack the items according to the quantity ordered. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours. To ensure prompt shipping and smooth customs clearance, if the same customer has submitted multiple orders, it is recommended to contact Holland America customer service (email vkoopvkoop@gmail.com) to provide additional shipping address information (different recipients, different addresses, different phone numbers). If no information is provided, or only one shipping address is provided, other orders to the same address will be delayed by a few days.
7. Regarding gifts: Our loyal customers know that vkoop includes various exquisite and practical gifts free of charge in packages. However, according to current Chinese customs inspection requirements, the quantity of items in a package must match the quantity declared on the order and waybill. Therefore, to ensure smooth customs clearance, international packages shipped to China will no longer include any items or free gifts not listed in the order. We appreciate your understanding.
8. Regarding the weight of goods and packages: The logistics industry uses both physical weight and volumetric weight, or one of them. vkoop's contracted logistics providers include POSTNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, etc., for shipments worldwide. Different countries use different logistics providers, and each provider's regulations must be followed. For example, shipments to mainland China must use POSTNL, which uses both physical weight and volumetric weight for billing. Please be aware of this.
9. Not all items listed on vkoop are available for purchase. For example, customers with shipping addresses within China should not purchase perfumes or alcoholic beverages due to logistical restrictions. Additionally, if a product name indicates "Wholesale Only," or the product details state "Not recommended for customers in xx region to purchase in whole cases," it means the product is only available through vkoop wholesalers and distributors, or there are customs restrictions in the customer's country. Therefore, retail customers should not add it to their cart or submit a purchase request.
